After Sales Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be required to work 25-30 hours per week in a dedicated Customer Service department. Actual hours are flexible and will be discussed at the interview stage this will be between Monday - Friday. The applicant must be able to confidently deal with customer complaints within the furniture retail sector, both to the end consumer and business to business.
The candidate must possess the following attributes:
- A calm and pleasant telephone manner
- Computer Literate
- A fast learner
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Multi-task
- Work well through initiative as well as under instruction
- Able to manage time within customer and supplier requirements
- The ability to follow through initial complaints to closure
A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is preferred to meet the role's expectations.
